Operational and Team Management Plan and assign tasks, supervising achievement of objectives and deliverables. Ensure team availability for operational coverage. Serve as a technical reference point, supporting resolution of complex or critical incidents. Promote continuous improvement and technical development of the team. 2\. Infrastructure Administration Ensure continuous operation of production infrastructure. Ensure availability, performance, security, and regulatory compliance of environments. Manage lower-environment infrastructure (DEV, QA, UAT), guaranteeing appropriate configurations for reliable development, testing, and deployment cycles. 3\. Risk and Change Management Assess and mitigate risks associated with changes, incidents, or activities that may impact production and non-production environments. Actively participate in incident, problem, change, and requirement management processes. 4\. Coordination and Communication Ensure clear, timely, and effective communication with internal departments, vendors, and stakeholders. Collaborate cross-functionally by providing technical judgment, analysis, and decision-making capability. 5\. Regulatory Compliance and Best Practices Ensure compliance with security policies, governance standards, and operational best practices.
