This full-time fee-based position aims to manage, analyze, and visualize institutional data from various sources to support the institution's strategic decision-making. Additionally, the role requires technical administration of the institutional web ecosystem, ensuring compliance with standards and best practices defined by ICT. Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain institutional-level business intelligence (BI) reports and dashboards using tools such as SSRS, Power BI, or others. Extract, transform, and analyze data from various institutional sources (relational databases, transactional systems, etc.). Technically administer the institutional web ecosystem, ensuring adherence to guidelines established by ICT. Gather information and process requirements for technological projects (web, data, automation). Design and propose improvements to internal processes related to data management, reporting, and automation. Participate in documenting business processes and receiving academic and research projects. Propose and implement solutions for automating institutional processes. Application Requirements Professional degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Web platform administration (CMS such as WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, OJS), AND Data extraction and analysis using SQL and reporting tools (SSRS, Power BI, etc.). Knowledge in gathering requirements and designing business processes (Bizagi or other tools). Process automation (RPA, scripts, etc.). Web development with PHP (desirable).
