Your Mission: Design, implement, and maintain robust, scalable, and highly available solutions both on the frontend and backend, working with technologies such as Node.js, Angular, NestJS, Docker, Kubernetes, and Git, as part of projects that directly impact the experience of our customers and end users. Your Key Responsibilities: * Web and mobile application design and development: You will build intuitive interfaces and backend functionalities ensuring an excellent user experience. * Writing reusable and testable code: You will create maintainable, scalable, and easily testable components and services. * Low-latency solutions: You will design and implement architectures capable of handling high loads with low latency. * Security and data protection: You will implement solutions ensuring the integrity and security of our customers. * End-to-end traceability: You will develop solutions with a high degree of traceability to understand all end-to-end interactions. * Multidisciplinary collaboration: You will work alongside other teams (QA, DevOps, Product) to define, design, and deliver new features. * Debugging and incident resolution: You will identify and resolve technical issues in real time. * Continuous learning: You will keep your knowledge up to date on best practices and trends in Full Stack development. Mandatory Technical Requirements: * Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or in similar roles. * Availability to work onsite twice per week in Las Condes. * Solid knowledge of frontend frameworks/libraries such as React, Angular, or Vue.js. * Advanced proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES2015+). * Demonstrated experience with Node.js and backend frameworks such as Express, Fastify, or Koa. * Proficiency in TypeScript and static typing on both frontend and backend. * Experience with architectural frameworks such as NestJS or NX. * Understanding of user authentication concepts and session management. * Strong knowledge of logging and request tracing, including tools such as Kibana, New Relic, or similar. * Experience implementing automated testing using frameworks such as Jest, Karma, Mocha, etc. * Proven ability to solve complex problems and adapt to new technical challenges. * Familiarity with SQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Firebase, etc.).
