Your mission in this role will be to execute and improve technical tasks in the Implementation and Support of the Talana Payroll Module. Main responsibilities: \- Work in coordination with the front-end consultant during the implementation process for assigned clients. \- Ensure proper configuration of requirements gathered during the payroll module implementation process. \- Record and update, according to the defined methodology, requirements in the designated tool used by the department. \- Support the team with requests from your supervisor. \- Carry out data extraction and migration projects accurately and on time into the Talana system for the Personnel Management and Payroll module. Job requirements \- Degree in Computer Science Engineering or related fields in Human Resources. \- General work experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll or Human Resources areas. \- Intermediate-level proficiency in Excel. \- Knowledge of programming languages (Python, SQL, or others). \- Desirable experience with payroll systems such as: Rex\+, Buk, Winper, Nubox, Rankmi, SAP, Payroll 4\.x, or Talana.
