Join us as our next **Data Engineer** at **Casa Central Achs** and together, let's make Chile the country that best cares for workers and their families. **What are the objectives of the role?** Design, build, and maintain the data infrastructure that enables effective data analysis and modeling. Ensure that our analytics and machine learning teams have access to high-quality and well-structured data. **What will be your main challenges?** * Design and develop data infrastructure solutions, supporting/performing extraction, transformation, and loading processes through the creation of data integration processes to transform data and make it available for both internal and external users. * Implement ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes for data integration and preparation. * Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency throughout its lifecycle. * Create data table masters together with the data science team in order to recommend and discuss the features that models will use. * Monitor and improve the performance of existing databases and data systems. * Document processes and maintain quality standards in data management. **Desired Profile** ------------------ **What requirements must you meet?** * **Education:** Industrial Civil Engineer, Computer Science Engineer, Computing Engineer, or related fields. * **Experience:** 0 to 2 years in data engineer roles or similar * Knowledge of databases, SQL, and proficiency in Python * Desirable: * Azure Databricks * Java or Scala * Knowledge of DataOps, DevOps, MLOps, AIOps * Knowledge of ETL tools and frameworks (e.g., Apache Airflow, Talend, Pyspark)
