At Grupo Grafton, we are looking for a Commercial Customer Service Specialist for a leading food company dedicated to the mining sector. Position objective: A strategic role aimed at providing comprehensive customer service, contributing to strengthening commercial relationships and business performance, through customer loyalty driven by the company's value proposition and products. Position functions: * Accompany clients, resolve their inquiries, track orders, and manage purchase orders, coordinating with internal departments such as production, distribution, and billing to deliver a complete experience. * Implement sales strategies (up\-selling and cross\-selling): Promote the sale of additional products and new services according to customer needs. * Conduct periodic evaluations with each client to enhance satisfaction, identify improvement opportunities, and develop action plans. * Competitive analysis: Assess market trends to identify opportunities and threats. * Update customer database: Maintain accurate and up-to-date information, with special emphasis on decision-makers. * Onboarding of new clients: Facilitate the integration of new customers and coordinate correct product delivery. * Site visits and special activities: Identify improvement opportunities and participate in value-added activities such as nutritional talks or anthropometric measurements. * Presentations and performance analysis: Prepare periodic reports on department activities, performance indicators, and action plans. Position requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Business Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields with a focus on management (graduated) * At least 2 years of experience in commercial roles providing comprehensive customer advisory. * Proficiency in data analysis using Excel and CRM tools. * Location: Las Condes, RM (near Escuela Militar metro station) * Work schedule: Monday to Thursday from 09:00 to 17:00 hrs in Las Condes. Availability to work on Fridays in Los Andes (transportation managed by the company)
