Job Summary: A prominent mining industry client seeks a Painting Assistant skilled in roller handling to support mold preparation, part demolding, and waste management—ensuring proper impregnation. Key Responsibilities: 1. Handling rollers, brushes, and painting tools 2. Cleaning, waxing, and mold preparation 3. Assisting with demolding and transporting finished parts A well-established mining industry client, recognized for its expertise in manufacturing electrolytic cells and located in San Bernardo, is seeking, initially on a project basis, a Painting Assistant skilled in roller handling. FUNCTIONS: Operate rollers, brushes, and other tools to eliminate air bubbles and ensure proper impregnation. Assist with cleaning, waxing, and preparing molds for the production process. Participate in demolding and transporting finished parts.\-Collaborate in proper waste disposal according to safety and environmental regulations. WHAT WE OFFER: \-Monthly net salary: $650,000 CLP Work schedule: Monday to Thursday, 07:00–16:30 hrs; Friday, 07:00–15:30 hrs (including a 30-minute lunch break). If working on Saturdays, a gross shift payment of seventeen thousand pesos applies. Breakfast and lunch provided at the company cafeteria. Provision of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Employment contract. REQUIREMENTS: Completed secondary education diploma. Experience in painting and roller handling. Teamwork skills and strong communication abilities.
