Advanced Kitchen Assistant We are looking for you! At Corporación Príncipe de Gales (social and sports club), we are seeking an Advanced Kitchen Assistant who wishes to join our team. **Main responsibilities include:**  Assist the SubChef in all tasks related to food preparation  Organize ingredients for recipe preparation and dishes ready to serve  Maintain the kitchen, equipment, and facilities in perfect conditions of cleanliness and order  Clean, peel, chop, and cut food as required  Weigh or measure food  Store food in appropriate spaces  Conduct inventory **Schedule:** Rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday during AM & PM hours **Requirements:**  Technical or secondary education degree in gastronomy, food handling, or mass food service  Certificate with 1 year duration  1 year of experience in similar positions **Benefits:**  Meal allowance in kind  Snack depending on shift, either breakfast or mid-morning snack  Constant opportunity for additional bonuses  Benefits eligibility starting from the sixth month **Base salary:** $582.167 **Transportation allowance:** $41.012 Apply now, we are waiting for you
