We are currently seeking a **Kitchen Assistant** to join a major institution on a temporary services basis. **Main Requirements:** * Prior experience as a **Kitchen Assistant** or in similar roles. * Experience in casinos, restaurants, collective dining centers, or similar environments is desirable. * Basic knowledge of food preparation and cooking. * Knowledge of food hygiene and handling standards. * Ability to work in a team and follow instructions. * Responsibility, organization, and willingness to perform operational tasks. * Food Handler’s Certificate is ideal. **Key Responsibilities:** * Assist in food preparation and cooking according to recipes and established procedures. * Perform mise en place and ingredient preparation. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and hygiene in the work area according to established protocols. * Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient and high-quality service. * Carry out washing, cleaning, and basic maintenance of kitchen utensils and equipment. * Assist in storage and proper handling of raw materials and food items. * Comply with food hygiene, safety, and handling regulations. **We Offer:** * Temporary Services Contract. * Work schedule: Saturday and Sunday, 7:30 AM to 7:30 PM. 1-hour meal break. * Net daily wage: $40,000.
