Job Summary: We are seeking a Project Engineer to manage, develop, and evaluate technical, economic, and environmental alternatives for the use and disposal of biosolids, supporting department leadership and administering contracts. Maintain databases to manage generated biosolids. 2\. Support leadership in controlling and monitoring contracts related to the transportation and disposal of biosolids on agricultural soils. 3\. Administer laboratory contract(s) for soil studies suitable for sludge application, ensuring compliance with requirements established by current regulations (Supreme Decree No. 4/2009\). Support management of other area-related contracts, including sampling or biosolids transportation contracts, as well as waste-related contracts. 4\. Manage and ensure implementation of the annual biosolids application plan, along with supporting the management of respective georeferenced maps (GIS). 5\.
