What will be your mission? Develop and propose solutions within agile teams to drive value creation for Falabella Group’s software products. What will you do daily? * Collaborate with your squad in planning, design, development, testing, and continuous production deployment. * Work with product, design, front-end, and back-end teams to build high-impact software solutions and optimize processes. * Apply our Tech Rules to ensure robust, scalable, and maintainable products. * Produce clear documentation (diagrams, pseudocode, etc.) to facilitate understanding by third parties. * Serve as a liaison with offshore teams and clients, resolving dependencies, risks, and technical challenges. * Diagnose, propose, and implement solutions to production issues, ensuring continuous improvement. * Develop proof-of-concept projects to drive innovation. What do you need to apply? * Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology Technician, Electronics Engineering, or related field. * 3 years of Full Stack Development experience. * Experience working with agile methodologies. * API development experience. * Knowledge of: * ReactJS * NodeJS (Express, NestJS) * Javascript * GCP (Google Cloud Platform) * MongoDB (intermediate – mandatory) * NextJS \+ React * Jest (unit testing) * Git * Docker (desirable) Why Banco Falabella?
