At Banco Falabella, we are looking for our next DevSecOps Engineer — someone who enjoys working on CI/CD, vulnerability management, and continuous improvement within a collaborative, high-impact environment. What will be your challenge? You will play a key role in evolving our DevSecOps practice by integrating security early and automatically into the development lifecycle. You will support teams so that security is not a bottleneck, but rather a true accelerator of delivery. What will you do day-to-day? * Implement and maintain security controls in CI/CD pipelines. * Integrate and operate tools such as SAST, Dependency Check / SCA, Detect Secrets, and container scanning. * Analyze, normalize, and prioritize security findings based on risk and criticality. * Provide technical guidance to development teams for vulnerability remediation. * Optimize operational processes considering capacity, prioritization, and SLA compliance. * Build security metrics and dashboards to support decision-making. What are we looking for in you? * Experience working with CI/CD (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions or similar). * Solid knowledge of application security (SAST, SCA, secrets management, and container security). * Proficiency in SQL and data analysis (BigQuery or similar is ideal). * Experience in cloud environments (Azure and/or GCP preferred). * Knowledge of vulnerability management (CVE, OWASP, severity levels). * Experience with Jira or other agile tools.
