We are a global bank with local roots—empowering technology, innovation, and talent to transform the financial experience. **THE IMPACT YOU’LL MAKE** The **Technology and Digital Transformation** area is seeking talent for the following roles, based in **Santiago**: **1️⃣ QA Automation Analyst** **Mission:** Ensure software quality through automated and manual testing, contributing to early defect detection and continuous testing. **Responsibilities:** * Create and execute automated tests. * Design testing strategies. * Document defects and results. * Collaborate with development teams to improve processes. **2️⃣ Frontend Developer** **Mission:** Build efficient and intuitive interfaces aligned with Santander’s digital standards. **Responsibilities:** * Program new UI functionalities. * Ensure good practices and unit testing. * Resolve interface-related incidents. **3️⃣ Backend Developer** **Mission:** Build robust, secure, and scalable backend services to support digital banking products and processes. **Responsibilities:** * Program APIs and business logic. * Design data models. * Execute unit tests and maintenance. **4️⃣ Fullstack Developer** **Mission:** Develop end-to-end solutions integrating frontend, backend, and cloud architecture. **Responsibilities:** * Build interfaces and services. * Maintain APIs and data models. * Participate in code reviews and testing. **5️⃣ Specialist Developer (Mobile / Integrations / Proprietary Technologies)** **Mission:** Develop advanced solutions according to specialization technologies (Swift, Kotlin, Java, middleware, or proprietary platforms). **Responsibilities:** * Program using specialized technologies. * Maintain APIs and resolve complex incidents. * Design specialized data flows and models. **WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TEAM** At Santander, we value people who drive, challenge, and raise the technological bar.
