**Summary:** The Veeva Vault Developer will be responsible for supporting the design, development, and maintenance of solution architecture, system administration, security, and procedural governance across the Veeva Vault Platform. This role requires strong Veeva development experience supporting Audits, Deviations, and Exceptions within a regulated Quality environment. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with Quality, Business, Validation, and IT teams to deliver compliant, secure, and scalable solutions. **Responsibilities** * Support all assigned development activities for the Veeva Vault implementation program under the leadership of the client Quality Veeva team. * Develop and maintain solution architecture, system administration, security configurations, and procedures across the Veeva Vault Platform. * Coordinate with Business Analysts to define business requirements and ensure IT security and data integrity requirements are incorporated into solutions. * Collaborate with the Validation team to prepare Regulatory Applicability Assessments (RAA) and Regulatory Risk Assessments (RRA). * Document system specifications, configuration requirements, and user stories. * Conduct technical feasibility analyses of business and functional requirements. * Document system design and configuration specifications. * Perform Veeva environment management activities, including configuration, testing, deployment, and maintenance. * Develop custom solutions and integrations to automate workflows, enhance system capabilities, and enable seamless integration with third\-party applications. **Qualifications:** * Experience configuring and customizing Veeva Vault applications * Strong experience with Veeva Vault Quality (QMS) * Experience developing custom solutions and integrations * Experience delivering GxP\-validated systems (SDLC) * Proficiency with APIs, XML, SQL, Java, JavaScript * Experience with cloud\-based solutions * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field * English level B1 or higher * Experience with U.S. or European companies **Please Note:** Completion of this question is required for application review.
