Job Summary: OXXO Chile is seeking an Infrastructure and Security Coordinator to deliver hardware, OS, and database solutions, and coordinate computing engineering teams to ensure operational continuity. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure the deployment of appropriate technological infrastructure. 2. Map the current and new project architectures. 3. We are looking for an Infrastructure and Security Coordinator who will deliver optimal hardware, OS, and database solutions for new projects across various business areas and units—ensuring an efficient, agile, and secure architecture aligned with the company’s strategic requirements. Define, implement, and coordinate Computing Engineering activities in accordance with international standards and regulations for connectivity and power, ensuring reliable operation and proper functionality of equipment and physical facilities across OXXO Chile’s entire office and store LAN and WLAN network. Responsibilities: * Ensure deployment of appropriate technological infrastructure in stores and offices, adhering to defined standards and vendors, to guarantee seamless business operations and enable value propositions and required expansion plans. Ensure availability and operability of all network, telephony, and computing services in stores and offices. * Ensure infrastructure readiness for new solutions by coordinating infrastructure implementation—timely and accurately—based on client requirements, enabling handover of environments to the operations team for continuous service delivery. Manage and configure digital signage systems in stores, as well as LAN and WAN networks. * Maintain up-to-date infrastructure-level services. Generate and update monthly infrastructure metrics, reviewing hardware and software obsolescence based on inventories and data center area information. Define new architectures for updating company systems, aligned with FEMCO TI-established standards and guidelines. Monitoring and POS services. * Map current and new project architectures by holding technical meetings with application and business architects to define the architecture for new projects. * Support the development and definition of IT management processes using industry-standard frameworks (ITIL and COBIT) to ensure operational maturity and continuous improvement. * Ensure compliance with the IT security plan, aligned with FEMCO TI and FEMSA, aiming to eliminate or mitigate potential business risks identified during assessments or audits. * Participate in business projects during analysis, design, and implementation phases to ensure robustness of solutions while considering possible infrastructure-level implications. * Identify and evaluate prospective service providers interested in integrating into the FEMCO infrastructure, in alignment with the FEMCO TI team, to address country-specific needs. Working Hours: Article 22\. (Suggested work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM.) Work Modality: Hybrid (on-site and remote). Compensation: Market-competitive.
