At TRANSVIP, a recognized passenger and cargo transportation company with over 20 years of experience in fleet management, administration, reservation systems, traffic operations, and technology implementation in our operational processes, we are currently seeking a Reconciliation Analyst. Responsibilities: * Perform daily delivery reconciliation per driver across the Distribution Center (DC) and Last Mile segments, ensuring all information is accurately recorded. * Verify compliance with established operational margins for each business unit. * Analyze variances identified in customer reconciliation processes and operational incidents, proposing improvement actions. * Execute and review driver deductions, ensuring correct application within systems. * Support auditing and control of customer invoice payments, ensuring adherence to internal policies. Requirements: * Technical or professional degree in Accounting, Administration, Executive Engineering, Logistics, or related field. * 1–2 years of experience in roles related to operational control, reconciliations, accounting analysis, or administrative management. * Intermediate Excel proficiency (pivot tables, cross-referencing, and reconciliations). * Analytical ability, organization, and attention to detail. * Strong communication and teamwork skills. * ERP or operational management system experience is desirable.
