At S\&M Consulting Group, we are looking to hire a **Construction Administrator** to lead a project in the Fifth Region. **Mandatory Requirements:** * **RESIDENCE IN THE FIFTH REGION IS MANDATORY (VILLA ALEMANA)** * Degree in Civil Engineering, Civil Construction, or Construction Engineering, exclusively from a CRUCH-affiliated university. * Proven experience as a Construction Administrator on residential projects using cast-in-place concrete. ***Experience in high-rise buildings or other construction systems is not accepted.*** * Minimum 6 years of professional experience in the construction sector. **Main Responsibilities:** * Plan, manage, and oversee the comprehensive execution of construction work, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards. * Lead a large-scale operational team, coordinating field supervisors, warehouse management, technical office, quality control, and occupational safety. * Manage budgeting, progress payment statements, cost projections, and reporting to the client. * Ensure compliance with technical regulations, safety standards, and internal procedures. **Required Knowledge:** * Proficiency in AutoCAD, IConstruye (or similar), Microsoft Project, and intermediate-level Excel. * Leadership competencies, results orientation, and ability to manage under pressure.
