MEDIUM-SIZED FAMILY-OWNED COMPANY, composed of 18\-24 people, WITH A TEAM OF EXPERIENCED, COMMUNICATIVE, AND COURTEOUS MASTER CRAFTSMEN. ### **JOB DESCRIPTION** A bronze foundry and metalworking company, specializing in custom fittings and tailored design, located in the Lo Pinto area of Lampa, is seeking to hire a CNC Technician or Designer \- CNC Machining Center Operator (Fanuc). Key Responsibilities: Part Machining: Operate CNC Machining Centers, perform CAM design, work in a comfortable office environment, and use high-end equipment. Drawing Interpretation: Read and understand detailed technical drawings for component manufacturing. Machine Programming: Perform on-machine programming or use CAM software (specific experience must be indicated). Machine Setup: Complete machine configuration including tool mounting, part fixturing, and machining parameter adjustment. 3D Printer Operation (Preferred): Use 3D printer to produce prototypes, jigs, fixtures, or other required components. Quality Control: Measure and verify dimensions of machined parts using precision instruments (calipers, micrometers, etc.). Maintenance and Housekeeping: Perform basic preventive maintenance on assigned equipment and maintain workplace order and cleanliness. Problem Solving: Efficiently identify and resolve operational issues arising during production. Collaboration: Coordinate and work effectively with various departments across the company. Requirements: Demonstrable experience as a CNC MACHINING CENTER OPERATOR. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. Proficiency in using dimensional measurement instruments. Technical training preferred (e.g., Machining Technician, Industrial Maintenance Technician, Machinery and Tools Technician, or related field).
