We seek committed, proactive individuals eager to make a real impact in the industry. ### **Position Purpose** Support preparation and painting activities for metal structures, collaborating with the Master Painter across various process stages and ensuring compliance with the company’s established quality, safety, and order standards. This position requires at least **3 months of prior experience in painting, surface preparation, or similar tasks**, as well as willingness to learn and support various industrial painting process activities. ### **Main Responsibilities** **1\. Support surface preparation** * Clean and prepare metal surfaces. * Assist in sanding, cleaning, and conditioning metal surfaces prior to paint application. * Prepare required materials and components for task execution. **2\. Support painting activities** * Collaborate with the Master Painter during paint application on metal structures. * Assist in transporting and handling materials and tools. * Prepare and maintain necessary equipment readily available for tasks. * Assist in general activities related to the painting process.
