Regardless of your specific role, there are several fundamental elements essential to success (creating a safe workplace, following company policies and procedures, respecting confidentiality, protecting company assets, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring your uniform, personal appearance, and communication remain professional). Guest Experience Experts are always on the move (standing, sitting, walking for extended periods) and engage in various physical tasks (moving items, lifting, carrying, pushing, and placing objects weighing less than 10 pounds without assistance). It is critical that Guest Experience Experts consistently perform these tasks (and other reasonable tasks assigned to them) well to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth hotel operations.
