Job Description We are seeking a **Project Manager** to lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of strategic initiatives. The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating multidisciplinary teams, ensuring timely delivery, and optimizing resources to guarantee the success of each project. Key Responsibilities * **Project Planning**: Define objectives, schedules, and required resources. * **Team Management**: Coordinate and motivate professionals from diverse disciplines. * **Progress Monitoring**: Track milestones and ensure adherence to deadlines. * **Resource Optimization**: Implement cost- and time-efficiency strategies. * **Risk Management**: Identify and mitigate potential obstacles during execution. * **Stakeholder Engagement**: Maintain effective communication with clients and strategic partners. * **Executive Reporting**: Prepare progress reports for senior management. Requirements * Degree in Industrial Civil Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field. * 4\+ years of experience in project management. * Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and traditional frameworks (PMI). * Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Trello, Jira). * Leadership, effective communication, and problem-solving skills. * Intermediate-to-advanced English proficiency.
