Currently, we are seeking a **Product Manager** to join our team in Curauma. We seek a candidate with a strong commitment to safety and operational excellence, interested in professional growth within a dynamic environment in the electrical sector. **Job Objective:** To manage, develop, and strengthen assigned product lines by executing commercial strategies aimed at optimizing inventory, pricing structures, promotional campaign implementation, and training program development—actively contributing to increased sales through direct technical and commercial management with customers. Additionally, the candidate must design and implement strategies to improve sales volume and profitability, coordinating closely with procurement, pricing, planning, quality, and marketing departments. The candidate will also be responsible for leading product homologation and development processes according to the needs of the electrical market, as well as providing technical training to the sales team to ensure correct commercialization. **Main Responsibilities** * Study and analyze direct and indirect competition for each product family, conducting SWOT analyses for products requiring such evaluation. * Maintain and update the product portfolio and its commercial proposal—including product definition, pricing, promotion, distribution channel, and availability. * Develop or replace new commercial lines or specific products based on analysis and organization of technical-commercial information gathered from customers in the field, sales representatives, and suppliers. * Study and submit purchase proposals for new products to be launched commercially. * Analyze tenders and quotations for large-scale projects requiring such assessment. **What do we expect from you?** * Professional degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Automation, or related fields. * Minimum 3–5 years of experience in similar roles, preferably within electrical, industrial, or technology companies. * Experience in product portfolio management, commercial strategy development, and market analysis. * English proficiency is desirable. * Expertise in products such as instrumentation, automation, solar products, electrical hardware, and distribution systems. * Ability to interpret technical standards and specifications, deliver training, and provide technical support to customers and the sales force. * Proficiency in advanced Excel and data analysis software. * Multitasking profile with customer orientation and results-driven mindset. * Strong communication, leadership, negotiation, and collaborative skills with departments such as marketing, logistics, and procurement. * Valid Class B driver’s license. * Willingness to perform fieldwork. ***What will your day-to-day role look like?*** * You will work within the Products Unit. * You will report directly to the Unit Head. ***Our Commitment to You*** We promote a safe, collaborative, and continuously improving work environment.
