We are currently seeking a **Filling Operator** for our operations located in **Viña del Mar**. **Purpose of the Position** To safely, efficiently, and compliantly execute cylinder filling operations and product handling in accordance with Air Products’ operational, quality, and safety standards, ensuring continuity of the production process at the plant. **Key Responsibilities** * Perform cylinder filling processes in compliance with operational procedures and safety regulations. * Handle industrial products and hazardous substances according to established protocols. * Operate production equipment and facilities in the filling area. * Conduct basic inspections of cylinders, valves, and equipment before and after the process. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and proper signage in the work area. * Report deviations, incidents, or unsafe conditions. * Support operational tasks associated with the production process as required. * Strictly comply with safety, quality, and environmental standards. **Position Requirements** **Education** * Required: Technical-professional secondary education. * Preferred: Higher-level technical degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering, or related field. **Experience** * Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial production processes. * Preferred experience in petrochemical industries and/or handling of hazardous substances. **Technical Knowledge** * Industrial production processes. * Basic industrial safety standards and risk management. * Operation of industrial equipment. * Valid Class D driver’s license (preferred) for crane operation. **Skills** * Strong safety orientation. * Operational responsibility and discipline. * Teamwork capability. * Commitment to standards, procedures, and best practices. * Attention to detail and organizational skills. **Position Conditions** * **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, initially day shift, subsequently rotating shifts. * **Location:** Av.
