Job Summary: We are seeking a Paramedic to provide immediate and safe care in the first-aid room, including assessment, stabilization, and administration of first aid, with appropriate referrals as needed. We want you to become our next **Paramedic**, working in the first-aid room on the **Third Shift:** * **Schedule:** Morning shift (06:30\-14:30\), afternoon shift (14:30\-22:30\), and night shift (22:30\-06:30\). On Saturdays, until 18:15 hrs. For morning entry and afternoon exit, the company provides transportation. The **primary objective** of this position is to deliver immediate, safe, and timely care to individuals experiencing health emergencies or urgent conditions in the first-aid room, through assessment, stabilization, and administration of first aid, ensuring patient comfort and appropriate referral as required. **Main Responsibilities:** * Initial assessment and triage: Identify patient severity and prioritize care according to established protocols. * First-aid treatment: Control hemorrhages, immobilize injuries, perform CPR, and manage basic emergencies and trauma. * Support for clinical procedures: Administer authorized medications, oxygen therapy, and monitor vital signs. * Documentation and coordination: Record provided care and maintain effective communication with the healthcare team and/or assistance centers. **Requirements to be the ideal candidate:** * Technical Nursing Degree (Higher Education Level) registered with the Chilean Superintendence of Health * Experience in trauma and emergency care, exceeding 3 years (Mandatory) * SIS registration * Residence in nearby communes * Completion of all hepatitis vaccinations, with verifiable proof **Conditions:** * Meals provided * Transportation provided for afternoon-shift departures \*This vacancy is suitable for persons with disabilities\* We aspire to be the best by delivering health and logistics solutions for the care of workers and their families — get motivated!
