Job Description We are seeking an **Inventory and Logistics Manager** to lead inventory management and logistics operations, ensuring availability, accuracy, efficiency, and service level compliance. Responsibilities * Lead **inventory, warehousing, and distribution** management. * Supervise receiving, shipping, picking, packing, and stock control. * Ensure **inventory accuracy** and conduct cycle and physical inventories. * Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs): inventory turnover, stockouts, shrinkage, productivity, and service level. * Optimize logistics processes and reduce operational costs. * Lead and develop warehouse and logistics teams. * Coordinate with Procurement, Operations, Sales, and suppliers. * Administer and improve the use of **ERP/WMS** and inventory control systems. * Ensure compliance with procedures, safety standards, and applicable regulations. Requirements and Qualifications * Professional or technical degree in **Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration**, or a related field. * Experience leading **warehouse and distribution teams**. * Proficiency in **ERP/WMS and Excel**. * Knowledge of stock control, inventory management, warehousing, and distribution. * Experience with **logistics KPIs and continuous improvement**. * Leadership, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. * Results-oriented with a focus on process improvement.
