At **Fleischmann Chile S.A.**, a leading company in the development of electrical and industrial projects, we have a strong track record and a firm commitment to quality, safety, and technical excellence across all our projects nationwide. **Job Mission**: Oversee the proper implementation and maintenance of the **Quality Management System for Electrical Works**, ensuring compliance with internal procedures, current regulations, and client requirements, supporting field teams under the supervision of the Quality Manager. ***Main Responsibilities***: * Ensure compliance with the Quality Management System and the project's Quality Plan. * Monitor correct implementation of the Inspection and Test Plan at all project stages (receiving, execution, documentation, and handover). * Conduct on-site inspections to verify compliance with technical specifications, regulations, and operational procedures. * Manage and maintain up-to-date quality documentation on site, ensuring traceability. * Verify material, equipment, and tool certifications, and control calibration of measurement instruments. * Train and support site supervision and construction teams on quality matters and related procedures. * Participate in internal and external audits and certification processes. ***Job Requirements***: * Education: Bachelor's degree in Quality Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Technical Degree in Quality Management, or related field. * Minimum of **5 years** of experience in **quality roles on construction sites**, preferably in **electrical projects**. * Knowledge of current regulations applicable to electrical works. * Availability for on-site work in Lampa. ***Desirable Qualifications***: * Prior experience in electrical works or industrial assembly projects. * Proficiency with document management platforms and ERP systems. * Familiarity with quality inspection processes, protocols, and audits. ***Employment Conditions***: * Initially fixed-term contract. * Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 08:00–18:00; Friday, 08:00–17:00\. * On-site work mode. * Opportunities for professional development in high-impact electrical projects.
