Job Summary: We are seeking a Site Master to carry out infrastructure conservation activities, repairs, and minor works, ensuring quality, deadlines, and safety. Key Highlights: 1. Coordinating activities with the Site Supervisor and teams We are looking for a Site Master for an important infrastructure conservation project in the Valparaíso Region, who will be responsible for executing conservation, repair, and minor construction activities across various service facilities. ### **Position Objective** To execute infrastructure conservation and minor construction activities in general, ensuring quality in execution, adherence to deadlines, and compliance with established safety standards for the service. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Execute infrastructure conservation and maintenance works. * Carry out minor repairs and support general civil works. * Perform masonry, finishing, and minor construction tasks. * Support operational tasks required by the service on-site. * Properly use tools and materials associated with the activities. * Comply with safety and quality procedures during work execution. * Coordinate activities with the Site Supervisor and work teams. * Maintain order and cleanliness in intervention areas. * Report deviations or requirements identified on-site. ### **Requirements** * Completed secondary education. * Qualified construction master by experience. * Minimum 5 years of experience in construction projects or works. * Experience in infrastructure conservation and maintenance works. * Availability for on-site work. * Class B driver's license preferred. ### **We Are Looking For** Responsible, committed individuals with teamwork capabilities and orientation toward compliance and operational safety. ### **Conditions** * Project located in the Valparaíso Region. * On-site, in-person modality. * Direct contract with the company. * Job stability and opportunities for continued employment. * Offer under the framework of Law No. 21.015 on Labor Inclusion.
