Position Objective: Provide comprehensive technical support to organizational users and equipment, ensuring the operational continuity of the company's computer systems, networks, and technological tools. Main Responsibilities: - Deliver on-site and remote technical support to end users. - Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of computer equipment and peripherals. - Install, configure, and update operating systems, software, and institutional tools. - Prepare and deploy new equipment, including user configuration and access setup. - Diagnose hardware failures and coordinate repairs or replacements. - Log requests and solutions using support tools. - Support implementation of information security policies and data backups. - Collaborate in technology projects and IT infrastructure improvements. - Maintain updated inventory of equipment and software licenses.
