Our Valle Grande location is growing rapidly, and we are looking for a Kitchen Manager who wants to assume a true leadership role—developing people, improving processes, and contributing to the company’s growth. We seek someone who wants to build a team, not merely manage a kitchen. What Will Be Your Mission? You will be responsible for leading daily kitchen operations, ensuring every product meets expected quality standards, the team works in an organized manner, and all processes are executed correctly. We expect a hands-on leader who leads by example, maintains an excellent work environment, and proactively drives continuous operational improvement. Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate the kitchen team during each shift. Organize daily production and mise en place. Supervise pizza and side dish preparation according to brand standards. Train and onboard new team members. Monitor food preparation times and product quality. Manage inventory, receipt, and storage of raw materials. Control waste and ensure efficient use of supplies. Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations. Identify improvement opportunities and implement new procedures as appropriate. Collaborate closely with the Store Manager to achieve efficient operations and an outstanding customer experience. What Are We Looking For? We seek a person with experience, energy, and initiative—who enjoys leading teams and wishes to grow alongside a forward-looking company. We especially value candidates from restaurant chains or quick-service food establishments where they have worked with standards, procedures, and a focus on operational efficiency. Requirements At least 2 years of experience leading kitchen teams. Experience in restaurants, pizzerias, or quick-service food chains. Experience organizing production and coordinating teams during high-demand service periods. Knowledge of inventory control, waste management, and food safety. Positive leadership style and ability to build cohesive teams. Excellent organizational and planning skills. Attention to detail and commitment to quality. Proactivity, autonomy, and problem-solving ability. Strong capacity for learning and adaptation. Availability to work afternoon and night shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays—within a standard weekly working schedule of 42 hours. What Do We Offer? Employment contract.
