Collaboration in commercial and marketing activities A leading multinational company specializing in the manufacturing and distribution of conveyor belts and power transmission belts is seeking to hire a Customer Service representative to join its sales team in Chile. **Key Responsibilities:** * Preparation, submission, and follow-up of quotations. * Management of commercial opportunities and updating information in Salesforce. * Issuance of Sales Notes and internal coordination with the Production department. * Customer service, tracking of requests, and coordination of on-site services. * Management of documentation required for plant or customer site access. * Administrative and commercial support for collections. * Collaboration in commercial and marketing activities. **Requirements:** * Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related fields (preferred). * Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles involving customer service or commercial support. * Proficiency in Excel and CRM systems. * Intermediate English (preferred). * Proactive, organized, responsible, and customer-oriented profile. **Offered:** * Fixed-term contract with potential conversion to indefinite term. * Corporate benefits. * Hybrid work arrangement. *AMMEGA is an equal opportunity employer.
