Job Summary: We are seeking Senior Nursing Technicians (TENS) with experience in sterilization and surgical instrumentation to work as Instrument Technicians and provide support in our central sterilization units. Key Responsibilities: 1. Apply pre-washing and washing procedures for surgical instruments. 2. Inspect and assemble surgical instrument trays and containers. 3. Carry out chemical control procedures for sterilization methods. We are a leading provider of external medical instrument sterilization services, and we are currently seeking Senior Nursing Technicians (TENS) with experience in sterilization and surgical instrumentation to serve as Instrument Technicians in our central sterilization units located in Viña del Mar. Your primary mission will be: Transporting materials between the central sterilization unit and various clinical centers, while providing continuous on-site support. The Driver\-TENS collects, delivers, washes, and prepares materials from assigned centers. Some of your responsibilities include: * Applying institutional pre-washing and washing procedures according to the type of surgical instruments. * Inspecting instruments to verify cleanliness and functionality. * Assembling surgical instrument trays, instrument containers, and individually packaged instruments according to inventories defined by the institution. * Carrying out established procedures for using internal and external chemical indicators across different sterilization methods (autoclave and ethylene oxide). * Loading surgical instrument trays, containers, and accessory bundles onto transport carts. * Receiving and delivering, with proper documentation, instrument trays supplied by external vendors. Requirements * Senior Nursing Technician (TENS) degree (SIS registration mandatory). * Specialization in surgical instrumentation (preferred). * Professional experience in surgical material sterilization (excluding internships or training placements) (mandatory). * Valid hepatitis B vaccination certificate (mandatory). * Valid Class B driver's license (mandatory).
