Position Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead operational management and ensure branch continuity by coordinating preventive, corrective, and commissioning maintenance activities. Participate in facility commissioning, openings, and store remodelings. At Farmacias del Dr. Simi, we continue growing and seek to incorporate a Maintenance Supervisor into our team to lead the operational management of our branches in the Valparaíso Region. We are looking for a professional with experience in commercial infrastructure maintenance, leadership capability, and problem-solving orientation, who will contribute to ensuring operational continuity across our stores. **What will be your mission?** Supervise and coordinate preventive, corrective, and commissioning maintenance activities for branches, ensuring compliance with the company’s defined technical, safety, and quality standards. **Main Responsibilities** Operational Supervision and Management * Supervise maintenance work performed by internal maintenance teams and external vendors. * Inspect branches to identify maintenance needs, improvements, or contingencies. * Coordinate and oversee execution of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and minor construction works. * Verify adherence to deadlines, technical standards, and work quality. **Technical Management** * Conduct on-site technical surveys. * Prepare quantity take-offs and material estimates for maintenance and remodeling projects. * Participate in facility commissioning, openings, and store remodelings. **Administrative Management** * Prepare progress reports, technical reports, and follow-up documentation for completed work. * Manage procurement of materials and control allocated resources. * Administer and account for operational funds assigned to the department. **Field Work** * Conduct regular visits to branches in Valparaíso, Viña del Mar, and nearby communes. * Coordinate technical visits with vendors and contractors. * Support special tasks that may require overtime or night shifts. **Requirements** * Technical or Professional degree in Construction, Electricity, Industrial Maintenance, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience supervising maintenance teams or processes. * Knowledge of infrastructure, electricity, plumbing, minor construction, and general maintenance. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Valid Class B driver’s license. * Availability to travel within the Valparaíso Region. **Preferred Qualifications:** * SEC certification. * Proficiency in AutoCAD. * Experience in retail, branch chains, or multisite operations. **What We Offer** * Opportunity to join a leading and continuously growing company. * Job stability and professional development opportunities. * Corporate benefits and partnership agreements. * Excellent working environment.
