Comprehensive management of logistics operations A logistics company is seeking a **Logistics Operations Assistant** to work at its Viña del Mar office. **Job Objective:** The Operations Assistant will be responsible for supporting the planning, organization, coordination, and control of the company’s daily operational activities. Their primary mission is to ensure efficiency in logistics processes and deliver information to the operations team to meet delivery deadlines, always with a focus on customer satisfaction and adherence to the company’s quality standards. Conditions: 1\. Salary: CLP $650,000 net. 2\. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00. 3\. Work location: Viña del Mar (near Mall Marina). 4\. Responsibilities: * **Fleet monitoring:** Monitor and verify, via phone calls, GPS, chat, etc., the real-time location of cargo. * **Documentation control and management:** Manage and verify documentation required for transportation operations (dispatch guides, EIR IN, EIR OUT, etc.). * **Performance analysis and reporting:** Prepare reports on fleet operational performance, delivery times, routes, and other key performance indicators. * **Incident management:** Identify, manage, and follow up on any incidents or disruptions in operations (delays, mechanical failures, accidents, etc.), seeking effective solutions and minimizing impact on operations. 5\. Requirements: * Technical or university degree in Logistics, Transportation, Business Administration, or related fields. * Additional courses in transportation management, route planning, or logistics (desirable). * Minimum 1–2 years of experience in similar roles within transportation, logistics, or distribution companies. 6\. Contract type: Temporary Services Agreement.
