Receive and control visitors, registering them in the appropriate logbook and notifying the relevant department. Maintain order and cleanliness in the concierge area. Remove garbage bins from all three towers and transport them to the designated external containers. Perform cleaning tasks across all three towers, including sweeping and mopping common areas. Ensure order and proper functioning of common areas during the nighttime shift. Carry out any other duties inherent to the position of nighttime janitorial concierge.
