Job Summary: We are seeking a Pharmacy Assistant to provide service, sales, and customer support, managing medications and mass-consumption products while ensuring regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Customer service and advisory on beauty and personal care products. 2. Cash management and ensuring proper dispensing of products. 3. Collaboration in organizing and controlling product inventory. Pharmacy requires a part-time Pharmacy Assistant (20 hours) to work in Reñaca. Conditions: Compensation structure: Base salary of $245,000 + sales commissions. During the first two months, you will receive an approximate net income of $428,000 (including base salary + guaranteed commission proportional to days worked). Starting from the third month, compensation will consist of a base salary of $245,000 plus variable commissions based on sales target achievement. Work schedule: Saturdays and Sundays (20 hours per week). Work location: Reñaca 4. Job Objective: To perform service, sales, and customer support functions for the company’s pharmaceutical and mass-consumption products—including proprietary brands—while complying with internal policies and external regulations applicable to pharmacy personnel. 5. Responsibilities: - Refer all pharmacological inquiries to the on-duty Pharmacist Chemist, as well as requests for product returns or exchanges. - Perform cashier duties, including payment reception, collection, custody, and handover to direct supervisor. - Provide information, promotion, and guidance to customers regarding beauty, personal care, or natural products. - Report expired products under your responsibility, ensuring necessary restocking; conduct effective and timely inspections and controls to avoid having expired products among those assigned to you. - Other duties inherent to the position. 6. Requirements: - Completion of a Higher Technical Degree in Pharmacy or a Higher Technical Degree in Chemistry and Pharmacy. - Valid Pharmacy Assistant License (MANDATORY). - Prior pharmacy experience is desirable. - Availability to work on Saturdays and Sundays. 7. Contract Type: Temporary Services Regime.
