Comprehensive management of the spare parts warehouse, including personnel, processes, safety, stock, etc. Support and assistance to the After-Sales, Rental, Commercial, and Logistics teams to meet their needs. Coordination with the company's district departments regarding all matters related to sales, inventory, logistics processes, and after-sales services. Monitoring proper execution of warehouse logistics flows, both for equipment and spare parts. Managing adherence to the spare parts warehouse budget.
