Job Summary: We are seeking an On-Site Implementation and Training Consultant to support the proper use of an application at workplaces through site visits, training, and support. Key Highlights: 1. Support the implementation and on-site use of applications. 2. Train and provide support to users on digital platforms. 3. Identify improvements and report incidents. We are looking for an **On-Site Implementation and Training Consultant** to support the implementation and correct usage of an application designed for employees at our workplaces. The selected candidate will visit assigned facilities within the region, train users, support their onboarding onto the platform, and supervise the practical execution of processes associated with the application. **Main Responsibilities** * Visit workplaces according to the established schedule. * Support employee access and onboarding onto the application. * Train users on the functional and operational use of the platform. * Accompany and supervise the practical execution of processes within the application. * Resolve questions and provide support during implementation. * Monitor platform usage by employees. * Identify opportunities for improvement and reinforcement needs. * Prepare progress reports and communicate potential incidents. **Suggested Requirements** * Technical or professional degree in Administration, Human Resources, Computer Science, or related fields. * Experience in training, user support, platform implementation, or similar functions. * Proficiency in digital tools and Microsoft Office. * Strong communication, organizational, and user-oriented skills. * Availability to work on-site and travel within the region. * Availability to start in July. **Project Conditions** * Estimated duration: from July to September 2026 The net salary is indicative and may vary depending on applicable legal deductions.
