Pedro Montt 1900, Valparaíso, Valparaíso Region * **Net Salary:** CLP $2\.800\.000 / month * **Work Schedule:** On-site (Full-time / Monday to Friday and shifts as scheduled) **Position Purpose** L Clinic Center SpA seeks to hire a Distribution Center Manager to lead logistics operations, inventory control, and supply chain management at our central headquarters in Valparaíso. The incumbent will be responsible for optimizing distribution center performance, coordinating operational areas, ensuring product traceability, and maintaining the company’s standards of efficiency, profitability, and regulatory compliance. **Operational and Management Responsibilities** * Oversee and supervise end-to-end operational activities including receipt, storage, sorting, dispatch, and distribution of supplies. * Monitor inventory levels, coordinate cyclical and annual audits, and mitigate stock variances or losses. * Analyze and optimize workflow within the distribution center, implementing continuous improvements in order preparation and dispatch times. * Manage the distribution center budget, controlling costs related to transportation, personnel, packaging supplies, and facility maintenance. * Lead and evaluate the warehouse operations team, promoting professional development, productivity, and compliance with occupational safety regulations. * Coordinate operational relationships with external transportation providers, couriers, and key logistics operators. * Prepare operational management reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the Operations Management team. **Candidate Profile** * Graduate professional in Logistics Engineering, Industrial Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or a closely related field. * Minimum 4–5 years of verifiable experience in managing or leading distribution centers or complex logistics facilities. * Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Softland, Oracle) and WMS platforms (Warehouse Management System). * Intermediate–advanced skills in data analysis tools and Microsoft Excel. * Strong leadership competencies for multidisciplinary teams, strategic planning, negotiation, and conflict resolution. * Willingness to work on-site in the Av.
