Remaining weekdays: 20:00 \- 06:00\. **We offer:** \-Meals \-Commuter Bus \-Job stability. \-Positive work environment. **Job Objective:** · The primary objective of this position is to ensure continuous optimization of mushroom cultivation production processes, primarily managed via Fancom software. This entails detailed and ongoing review of production parameters to ensure compliance with established standards; additionally, the professional must conduct meticulous monitoring of each process stage (Leveling, Heating/Pasteurization, Pasteurized, Cooling/Conditioning, Conditioned, Lowering to Seeding), identifying opportunities for improvement and making timely decisions to correct deviations and maximize production efficiency. **Responsibilities:** · Equipment Maintenance and Operation: * Remove and reinstall bunker sensors as requested during Phase 1\. * Daily removal and relocation of oxygen lances according to Phase 1 process instructions\. * Install chillers promptly based on prevailing conditions in the incubation room. * Install sensors in Chambers C and P; occasionally install tunnel and bunker sensors. * Inspect foggers. * Calibrate CO2 sensors\. * Promptly and diligently report malfunctions of any equipment, software, or temperature-related personal protective equipment. Quality and Process Control: * Timely collection of ammonia samples from tunnels under process. * Conduct daily inspection rounds in Chambers "S" and “C”, inspecting dumpers and tunnels prior to loading. * Monitor processes by interpreting graphs and using Fancom software. * Record data from Chambers S and G. * Review, manage, correct, and report all Phase 2 (Pasteurization Tunnel) processes. Technical Support and Operations: * Perform plaque applications in the seeding room, coverage areas, post-tunnel zones, corridors, and any other required locations, equipment, or infrastructure — as a routine practice of this role, without distinction between working days, non-working days, or holidays; i.e., performed every day corresponding to the assigned shift. * Configure parameters for Harvest Chambers (G). * Remove chamber sensors during relocation. * Cover duties of other colleagues in case of absence. * Maintain constant supervision of graphical parameters for the entire Phase 2 process, as well as graphical representations and parameter adjustments for Phase 2 and Chamber P. * Promptly report any deviations in defined production process parameters. Responsibility: * The employee must also recognize that attendance during scheduled shifts and hours is critically important to the success of the process, including holidays and non-working days, as determined by their individual calendar.
