Therefore, we seek to integrate a professional nurse into our team to lead the school health unit and first aid services at our central Valparaíso campus. **Main Responsibilities:** * Immediate management and provision of first aid, health emergencies, and minor ailments affecting the school community. * Rigorous control, administration, and documentation of medications authorized by legal guardians, strictly adhering to medical guidelines. * Creation and maintenance of digital clinical records and institutional health protocols. * Development and implementation of internal campaigns on self-care, hygiene, accident prevention, and healthy lifestyle habits. * Supervision of general sanitary conditions within the facility and coordination with healthcare centers or ambulances in urgent cases. **What We Are Looking For in This Role:** * **Qualification:** University degree in Nursing (awarded by an accredited institution in Chile). * **SIS Registration:** Active and verifiable registration with the Superintendence of Health (mandatory requirement). * **Certifications:** Up-to-date training or certification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and Basic Life Support. * **Experience:** Prior experience in pediatric, school, primary care, or emergency nursing is desirable. * **Soft Skills:** Strong pedagogical vocation, patience, composure during crises, empathy toward children/adolescents, and excellent communication with legal guardians. **What We Offer:** * Fixed net salary of $1\.650\.000 CLP. * Respectful, structured, and institutionally high-standard work environment. * Privileged and easily accessible location in the heart of Valparaíso’s historic center (Plaza Sotomayor). * Work schedule aligned with the educational sector’s regime and holidays.
