Main Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate public and private tender processes. Analyze administrative and technical bidding documents. Prepare and supervise documentation required for submissions. Coordinate internal departments for accurate proposal preparation. Monitor awarded tenders and tender status updates. Maintain relationships with clients and tender platforms. Requirements: Professional degree in Commercial Engineering, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Law, or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience leading tender processes. Proficiency with platforms such as Mercado Público. Knowledge of preparing technical and administrative proposals. Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office tools.
