Job Summary: Lead, control, and supervise the product flow from cargo receipt to delivery, including inventory control and shipment preparation. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages the entire product lifecycle in warehouse and distribution. 2. Responsible for inventory control and merchandise organization. 3. Coordinates shipments, picking, and delivery documentation. **Position Summary** The primary objective is to lead, control, supervise, and manage the entire product flow entering and exiting the company—from cargo receipt, storage, inventory control, shipment preparation, and deliveries. · **Cargo Receipt and Control:** Receive products via logistics channels used for imports or exports, verifying that they match purchase orders in terms of quantities, part numbers and/or codes, and packaging condition. · **Inventory:** Conduct counts of parts and components entering warehouses, verify product conditions, and monitor company stock levels. · **Storage and Warehousing:** Organize merchandise within the company’s physical space; record volume and weight of large items for proper placement and distribution. · **Merchandise Preparation and Shipments:** Coordinate and manage order assembly (picking) and packaging according to requirements of logistics operators or customers, ensuring timely and accurate delivery under agreed-upon conditions, timelines, and formats, along with appropriate documentation. · **Administrative Management:** Prepare shipping guides, procure supplies, schedule and coordinate shipments, liaise with operational suppliers (cranes, trucks, various transport services, etc.), and monitor logistics costs for reporting to the Supply Chain Leader.
