Job Summary: We are seeking a Construction Manager to lead a project, planning and managing its comprehensive execution, coordinating teams, and ensuring adherence to standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead the comprehensive execution of construction projects and manage operational teams. 2. Manage budgets and ensure compliance with regulations. At S\&M Consulting Group, we are looking to hire a **Construction Manager** to lead a project in the Fifth Region. **Mandatory Requirements:** * **RESIDE IN THE FIFTH REGION (VILLA ALEMANA)** * Degree in Civil Engineering, Civil Construction, or Construction Engineering. * Proven experience as a Construction Manager on housing projects using reinforced concrete (HOUSING). ***Experience in high-rise buildings or other construction systems will NOT be considered.*** **Main Responsibilities:** * Plan, manage, and control the comprehensive execution of construction projects, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards. * Lead a large-scale operational team, coordinating field supervisors, warehouse, technical office, quality, and safety departments. * Manage budgets, payment certifications, cost projections, and reporting to the client. * Ensure compliance with technical, safety, and internal procedural regulations. **Required Knowledge:** * Proficiency in AutoCAD, IConstruye (or similar), Microsoft Project, and intermediate-level Excel. * Leadership skills, results orientation, and ability to manage under pressure.
