Stack received goods on pallets or carts. Complete inventory and supply requisition forms. Promptly notify the manager or supervisor of low inventory levels. Receive deliveries, properly store perishable items, and rotate stock. Inspect deliveries and dates to verify freshness, cleanliness, integrity, and quality of all box lots. Reject damaged, unacceptable, or incorrect items. Follow food safety guidelines and policies and procedures for handling in all food-related areas. Organize, clean, and disinfect all refrigerators, freezers, floors, food equipment, and drains. Remove empty pallets, cardboard boxes, and waste, placing them in appropriate storage areas. Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe working conditions to the manager; complete safety training and obtain certifications. Comply with all company policies and procedures; ensure uniform and personal appearance are neat and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; and protect company assets. Communicate with guests and colleagues using clear, appropriate, and professional language. Cultivate and maintain positive working relationships with others; support the team in achieving common goals. Adhere to quality assurance expectations and standards. Stretch, bend, twist, crawl, and stoop; grasp, turn, and manipulate objects; climb regular stairs and/or service ramps; move, lift, or carry objects weighing 50 pounds or less; stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
