At **KiosClub American Supermarket**, we are looking for new **Full-Time Multifunctional Store Associate** profiles for our stores in the Fifth Region: ### **(Viña del Mar, Concón, Reñaca, and Curauma).** **These are the responsibilities awaiting you**: * **Cash handling**: You will conduct transactions efficiently and accurately, delivering a seamless customer experience. * **Product organization**: You will place merchandise on display, ensuring everything appears neat and appealing to customers. * **Receiving and arranging merchandise**: You will receive supplies, verify their condition, and support timely product restocking. * **Product labeling**: You will ensure each item carries its correct price and description label. * **Basic system usage**: Don’t worry—we’ll provide the necessary training so you can operate the store’s digital tools. All we ask is your willingness to learn. * **Inventory control and short-dated item tracking**: You will continuously monitor inventory, check items nearing expiration, and prevent shrinkage through proper rotation and timely reporting. * **Maintaining cleanliness and order**: You will keep work areas and the store overall clean, organized, and ready to welcome customers. * **Customer service**: Provide courteous service, assist customers in product selection, resolve inquiries, and contribute to every customer having a positive experience. **Requirements:** * High school diploma. * Experience in customer service and cash handling. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. **Position Details:** * **Schedule**: 44 weekly hours on rotating shifts (5 days on / 2 days off), Monday through Sunday. * **Contract**: Fixed-term contract, with potential conversion to indefinite-term (direct employment contract with the company). * **Salary**: CLP $590\.000 net, increasing to CLP $620\.000 net upon obtaining an indefinite-term contract \+ possibility of overtime pay. * Performance- and goal-achievement-based incentives. **Benefits**: * Access to benefits from the Chilean Safety Association (ACHS) and Caja Los Andes. * Employee discount on brand products. * Benefits via the BUK platform, including discounts on dental services, sports, apparel, restaurants, and more. * Brand gift cards for purchases at our stores, awarded for Independence Day and Christmas once the indefinite-term contract is achieved.
