The role will focus on keeping work coordinated, facilitating necessary resources, and supporting technical staff so that activities proceed in accordance with established priorities. **Your Responsibilities:** * Supervise the daily execution of activities and technical services * Assign tasks based on priorities, availability, and workload * Coordinate personnel, materials, tools, and other required resources * Review progress and maintain visibility of pending work * Support resolution of incidents affecting operational continuity * Maintain communication with engineering, projects, and other support areas * Verify records, work orders, and operational documentation * Coordinate technical interventions and scheduled activities * Follow up on maintenance or support requirements * Prepare basic reports on progress, incidents, and resource utilization * Propose adjustments to improve technical work organization **Requirements:** * Experience in technical operations, engineering, maintenance, field services, production, or similar environments * Ability to coordinate people, activities, and resources * Practical knowledge of technical processes or services * Strong organizational and communication skills * Ability to respond to operational changes and shifting priorities * Proficiency with digital tools and basic tracking systems * Responsible approach to quality and procedural compliance * Prior experience supervising technical staff is valued but not mandatory * Technical or professional education, or equivalent work experience, will be considered **Why Work With Us:** * Gain direct experience coordinating engineering services * Work closely with technical and operational teams * Develop supervision and resource management capabilities * Participate in technical activities with diverse needs and challenges * Have opportunities to contribute improvements to daily execution * Strengthen expertise to advance toward technical management, operations engineering, or service leadership Salary: $30\.000\.000 per year Workplace: On-site employment
