The primary challenge is to be responsible for consolidating, analyzing, and controlling the company's operational, financial, and administrative information, ensuring timely visibility for decision-making. This role integrates monitoring of performance indicators, administrative coordination of operations, and oversight of monthly closing processes, promoting operational efficiency through technological tools, automation, and artificial intelligence. **Requirements:** * Degree in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or Management Control. * Minimum 2 years of experience in the role. * Advanced Excel skills; Power BI proficiency is desirable. * Hybrid work arrangement in Santiago de Chile.
