As a Production Operator, you will be a fundamental part of the process that ensures every Kross beer reaches our customers with the highest quality standards. Your mission will be to execute brewing, fermentation, and packaging processes, ensuring compliance with procedures, food safety regulations, and standards characteristic of Kross. **What Are We Looking For?** \* Technicians holding degrees in Food Science, Chemistry, Mechanical Engineering, Biotechnology, Industrial Maintenance, Automation, or related fields. \* Responsible, detail-oriented individuals with interest in developing within food and beverage production processes. \* Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to dynamic environments. **Requirements** \* Minimum 1 year of experience in food or beverage production plants (mandatory). \* This requirement is waived for candidates holding technical degrees in the fields listed above. \* Knowledge of industrial automation systems. \* Basic knowledge of microbiology and food safety (HACCP). \* Residence in Curacaví, Casablanca, or nearby areas along Camino El Toro, Curacaví. \* Personal transportation or means of transport facilitating commute to the plant. **Conditions** \* On-site work at the plant located in Curacaví. \* Rotating shift schedule: 5 days on, 2 days off. \* 24/7 production operations. **What Do We Offer?** \* Join the most awarded Chilean brewery in the world. \* Continuous learning in world-class production processes. \* Job stability, benefits, and development opportunities. \* Be part of a team passionate about quality and innovation.
