Job Summary: This role is responsible for executing and supervising preventive maintenance using software, ensuring accurate data collection for managerial reporting. Key Responsibilities: 1. Schedule maintenance and optimize resource allocation. 2. Organize backlogs and maintenance requests with supervisors. 3. Generate reports and ensure accurate data entry. The company requires a Maintenance Programmer to replace an employee on pre- and post-natal leave, working in Valparaíso. Conditions: * **Net salary:** $1\.150\.000 * **Working hours:** Monday to Thursday, 8:00–18:00; Friday, 8:00–14:00. * **Job mission:** Execute and supervise the fulfillment of preventive work orders via maintenance software, ensuring accurate data entry to support the generation of reports and managerial briefings. * **Responsibilities:** * Schedule maintenance activities and optimize resource allocation, maintaining updated guidelines and identifying opportunities to improve processes. * Coordinate with supervisors on backlogs, checklists, and maintenance requests as applicable. * Schedule and distribute daily and weekly guidelines and/or tasks for assigned teams, based on focus areas (dock or yard). * Generate reports and ensure accurate data entry. * Perform other duties inherent to the position. * **Workplace:** Valparaíso * **Contract type:** Temporary regime (pre- and post-natal leave replacement). * **Requirements** * Hold a university degree or advanced technical diploma in Industrial Maintenance, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience in roles identical or similar to the one applied for. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Advanced proficiency in maintenance management software. * Knowledge of the Crime Prevention Model and Ethics Management is desirable.
