The Security Guard\'s mission is to monitor compliance with regulations regarding entry and exit to terminal facilities, the operational zone, and vehicle entry and exit, as stipulated in the Port Facility Protection Plan, to ensure compliance with the ISPS Code. Main responsibilities include: * Perform required duties to protect the terminal facility through access control and perimeter monitoring to ensure compliance with the established Protection Plan. * Coordinate and identify actions for potential risks affecting facilities, personnel, and/or terminal operations to maintain operational continuity and physical integrity of the terminal and its staff. * Carry out all duties inherent to the role of Port Facility Protection Officer (PFPO) in the absence of the designated PFPO to ensure compliance with the ISPS Code. * Supervise and coordinate all activities related to vessel movements (berthings, departures, and shifts) conducted at TPS sites to ensure vessel maneuvers proceed without incident, thereby preserving operational efficiency and the physical integrity of equipment and personnel involved. Knowledge: Familiarity with the ISPS Code, Decree Law No. 3604, Law No. 2222, Law No. 20.000, and Supreme Decree No. 1 of July 2002\. Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency. Experience: Five years of experience as a Security Guard (not mandatory). Knowledge and Skills: Leadership. Assertiveness. Orientation toward excellence. Self-control. Integrity.
